Shai Tirrin was a bush pilot from Pamarthe. As a kid, he would watch the pilots from Pamarthe in the Imperial Navy garner glory from wherever they served, and longed to join one for himself. His skills as a pilot were acknowledged by his superiors, and graduated from Uyter at the top of his class...only to find his first assignment was shuttling Imperial dignitaries to and from various parts of the Core worlds, a job he found utterly tiresome. With little else to do to occupy his time, he began to do some digging into the dignitaries he was serving. He began to learn more about the awful work of the Empire, and the apathy of the various dignitaries to what it was doing, as well as the Rebel cells opposing them. Disgusted by the activities of the Empire, and longing for an opportunity to really fly, he jumped ship and joined the nascent Rebellion

Overthrow the Empire: As part of an organization dedicated to its overthrow, this is the foremost goal for Shai.

Space Superiority: As a premier pilot, Shai's cell rely on him to oppose whatever space forces the Imperials send against them.
