Reassigned by imperials into trade negotiation role with Chandrilan delegates due to familiar past, but watched as more and more abuses/overstepping of authority/power by the Empire, Krael became gradually radicalised. Took up some *anti-imperial activities* through collaboration with clandestine Chandrilan contact redirecting shipments to the rebellion upon hearing of the Imperial's defeat and eventually was at risk of being exposed due to random stop-and-search of galactic shipping lane - needed to flee offworld to escape the law, bringing elderly parents who would be at risk, and now searching for rebellion contacts.

He wants to see liberation of Gatalenta from Imperial Rule, and a restoration of its culture of wisdom and balance uncorrupted by the stifling narratives of imperial propaganda that prioritising safety and comfort for the privileged (at the expense of other sentient's rights elsewhere)
