Upon successful attack, may spend Two Advantages to reduce the target’s maximum speed by 1 until the end of the next round.

Overwhelm Defense (1):
Upon unsuccessful attack, spend Two Advantages per rank to reduce targets defense in the targeted zone by 1 for each Two Advantages spent.

Exhaust Port:
Before attacking a starship or vehicle, may spend 1 Destiny Point to ignore the effects of the Massive rule for the attack.
