Tactical Tractor Beams:
Skill: Gunnery (upgrade difficulty by 1 per target silhouette over Tractor rating)
Any vehicle caught in a tractor beam adds 2 black dice to all Piloting checks and attacks, and takes 1 system strain for any Fly/Drive, Accelerate/Decelerate, and Punch It maneuvers.
Tractor beam lock can be broken by a successful Piloting check, the difficulty of which is equal to the Tractor rating. On a failed attempt, the locked ship suffers system strain equal to the Tractor rating.
