Background
1) How did you discover your force sensitivity?
When I was born my grandmother had a vision of me standing at the seaside facing a great oncoming storm. She said I was drawing great strength from the very air around me and foresaw I would grow into a power greater then hers one day.
2) Describe a moment where you fell prey to your moral weakness or experienced a tragedy/horror that still haunts you.
One day I was out running some supplies one of the isolated homesteads of our clan. They were in the process of being raided by what I assumed to be Nightsisters. I approached the homestead determined to put an end to the attack. The attackers protested they were not Nightsisters. Ignoring their lies and rising my voice to the sky I called upon the power of storms and struck them down.
Word of what I had done had outraced me, the women had been merely desperate raiders from a neighbor clan. The purple marking under my eye made sure I could hide from no one what I had done. I was summoned to speak with my grandmother.
“Where did you learn those words?” “From your book of spells” “Did I allow it?” “No” “Do you regret what you did?” “No” “Why?” “Because I would do it again”
With those words I sealed my exile.
3) How did you come to join the NJO?
For the next several hours my grandmother and mother debated . Then I was summoned again.
"You were always a willful and undisciplined child" My mother said before grandmother shushed her.
“There is a dark storm gathering in your child. One I did not foresee on your horizon. Nor is it one we are prepared to deal with. You will go to the Jedi on Yavin and train. Learn to master the darkness in yourself. Only then can you return.”
4) Name one NPC your character has a strong connection with. This could be a family member, a friend, a work contact, or a bitter rival.
My grandmother. Leader of the Dreaming River Clan. I spent more time in her care and tutelage then I did with my own mother. It was known through our village that I would succeed her as leader of our clan one day. By training with the Jedi I hope to prove to her I am worthy of such a position.
My mother. A warrior and hunter. My grandmother's strong right hand. We don't get along much. Ever.
5) [Optional] Describe a pivotal moment in your life where you demonstrated your moral strength despite adversity.
When I was about 12 years old I heard rumors of a mountain haunted by a dark spirit not far from our village. I decided to seek the place out and see if there was truth to them. Hiking for the better pat of the day the spirit threw many obstacles in my path. When I finally reached the top of the mountain I was able to face the spirit down and drive it from the place. Before my exile I visited this place again to appreciate the renewed beauty and the view of my village from the mountain one last time.
Motivation
Relationship: Clan
Seeks to end her exile so she can return home to the Dreaming River Clan.
The character has a large extended family, clan. or tribe that he deeply loves. He seeks both their comfort and approval despite the many voices clamoring in his ear for attention.
Duty: Scouting
The galaxy is full of so-called wellsprings of the Force – nexuses where the Force runs so strongly and deeply that the Jedi of the past must have been tied to them. The New Jedi Order has dedicated itself to finding these wellsprings and rebuilding temples and bases on them, so that new Padawans may be trained in locations where their connection to the Force is constantly bolstered by the land around them. Examples thus far include the Great Massassi Temple on Yavin 4, home of the new Jedi Praxeum, and the ruins of the old Jedi Temple on Coruscant, where a great joint effort between the NR and the NJO to rebuild the glory of the ancient Jedi is underway.
Morality

22 years old. Willowy. Wild red hair. Plain brown robes. A vivid purple marking starts at the outside corner of her left eye curls under it like a vine. This is the result of bursting blood vessels during her brush with the Dark Side. Carries a blackwood staff with a crook at the top.
