Prototype Darkwing Cloaking System

As an action may cloak or decloak. When cloaked it is a 5 difficulty Computers/Perception check to detect the ship. Plus various increases/setbacks for different conditions.

The GM may spend a Despair on checks involving the ship to cause the Prototype Cloak to overheat and fail. It takes 2 rounds of inactivity to reset after overheating.

(Cannot send comm signals, use sensors or fire weapons whilst the cloak is active).
